Buildings & Grounds

The Building and Grounds Department diligently oversees three, state-of-the art, fully-equipped and well maintained schools. We take much pride in the services we provide in order to maintain the hundreds of acres of property, grasses, trees, gardens, and open spaces at all three of our campuses at Grand Prairie Elementary School, Chelsea Intermediate School, and Hickory Creek Middle School.  It is our responsibility to provide not only an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere here at FSD 157-C, but also a safe environment that is conducive for teaching and learning.

In addition to maintaining facilities and grounds, our hardworking team is also engaged in capital improvement projects, completing mandated inspections, specialized equipment upkeep and repairs, deliveries, and scheduling of all building rentals.
