About Me

Hi!  I'm Mrs. Walton and I've been teaching and directing at Hickory Creek Middle School for 27 years!

 

I teach General Music and Art classes and also serve as a building TODA (Teacher On Daily Assignment).  This year I am excited to be teaching a new 8th grade Encore class - Adapted Encore - that will cover Art, Music, and Theater standards for 8th grade peer helpers and our SI2 students.   

 

I'm also the Chorus Director and Spring Musical Director at Hickory Creek.   If you love to sing, dance and perform, I'm the person to contact for lots of opportunities!

 

I teach art and music in Room 1812 in the 6th grade wing and run rehearsals in the Chorus room.
