About Me
Hello Grand Prairie Families!
My name is Lindsay Attanasio and I am a Reading Specialist at Grand Prairie.
I attended the University of Illinois for my undergraduate degree and then pursued my Master's degree at DePaul University. Throughout my career, I have taught second, fourth and fifth grades - and even spent some time at Chelsea before moving to Grand Prairie!
The process of learning to read has always been fascinating to me and I truly enjoy working with the young readers at Grand Prairie. My goal is to help my students develop strong foundational skills that will set them up for success in their classroom as well as in the future as well as to learn to love reading!
