Math Instructional Coach

I’m the math instructional coach for grades 5–8.  I have been in education for 17 years, 15 years as a math teacher and 2 years as this district's instructional math coach.  I love working alongside teachers to support their instruction. I get to collaborate with them on lessons, share feedback, and help put strategies into practice that connect with our curriculum. Together, we look at student data to spot learning gaps, adjust instruction, and find ways to meet different student needs. I also lead professional development and share helpful resources to encourage growth and confidence in teaching math.
