About Me

Hello there!! My name is Miss Hughes and I am SO excited to be your music teacher this year! This is the start of my tenth year of teaching, and over the years I have learned that there is nothing more fun and rewarding than making music with students like you! I recently bought a new home where I live with my boyfriend, Justin, and our little puppy Stevie. She is named after several music legends such as Stevie Nicks and Stevie Wonder. I love to travel and spend time on the beach--it’s my happy place! I look forward to a musical year with you all!
