Hello,

Welcome to our first-grade classroom. I am so happy to have your child in our first-grade classroom. This year will be filled with learning, growth, friendship, discovery, and lots of wonderful memories.

First grade is an important year as children become more confident readers, writers, mathematicians, problem-solvers, and independent learners. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and excited to learn. We will celebrate successes, learn from challenges, and encourage one another along the way.

Family involvement is an important part of your child's success. I look forward to partnering with you throughout the year and keeping communication open.

Weekly emails will be sent on Thursdays/Fridays. If you haven't received an email already, please email me at [email protected] so I may add you to my Parent Contact List for the school year.

Emails will guide you through what is to come for the following week and give you important information throughout the school year.
