As the Instructional Coach at Grand Prairie Elementary, I have the privilege of partnering with teachers to support high-quality instruction and student learning. My role involves collaborating with educators to plan engaging lessons, analyze student data, implement best teaching practices, and foster a positive, growth-oriented classroom environment. I’m passionate about continuous learning and love helping teachers feel confident, supported, and empowered in their work. Together, we’re building strong foundations for every student to thrive!
