Welcome!

      Hello and welcome to my page!!! My name is Christine Freiberg, I'm the ML teacher here at Hickory Creek Middle School. This is my eleventh-year teaching in 157c. I taught for ten years at Chelsea, and this is my first year as the ML teacher at Hickory! I am excited to work with the students and staff :) I earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education at the University of St. Francis in Joliet. Since that degree, I have earned my endorsement in Special Education and most recently in English Language Learning.  I believe that all students are capable of learning and growing, academically and socially. I hope to make a difference in the lives of all my students here in Frankfort 157c. 

     I live in New Lenox with my husband and three daughters, Olivia, Madelyn, and Leah. I enjoy reading, exercising, cooking and spending time with my family and friends.
