Welcome to our Class Website!

Welcome 4th Graders and Families! 

I cannot wait to start this school year! 4th grade is the best school year in my opinion! We will have fun, learn a lot, and build strong relationships among our classmates and families. Check out the downloads section to learn a little bit more about me. I'm looking forward to meeting my students at Meet and Greet!

An exciting change in fourth grade this year is having two teachers! I will be teaching ELA (writing, word study, and reading). My partner is Mr. VanAssen, who will teach math, social studies, and science. Block 1 will be my homeroom core class and Block 2 will be Advanced ELA. If you're in my ELA class, be sure to stop by and say hi at Meet and Greet! :)

CHECK IN: Please check this teacher website on a weekly basis. I will be posting and sharing important information for students and families here. The daily activities will be featured in the "Week at a Glance" portion of the website. Homework and assignments needing to be turned in will be communicated through a student's assignment notebook each day. If you'd like to check the homework- please go to the Remind Text Messages section of this website. The daily messages are linked.
